We invited Jim & Dad’s Brewing Co., a local craft brewer, to be our first partner for the food co- branding collaboration. Don’t miss out on these several fantastic Taiwan local flavoured craft beers that had been well chosen in Kindness Day Hotel. There are a couple of different types of brews that we’ve selected for our guests: tea aroma, fruity aroma, honey aroma and smoked flavour of caramelized malt. No matter which flavour you prefer, we’ll definitely fulfill your wishes!

In 2015, Jim Sung opened Taiwan’s first destination brewery, Jim & Dad’s Brewing Co., located in the rice fields of rural Yuanshan in Yilan. When Jim graduated and came back to Taiwan, one of his best memories is the first time he drank craft beers in the United States. He misses the great tastes that cannot be found in Taiwan. Instead, he decided to brew beers by himself at home. Without knowing what this would lead him to a future, of him winning the Taiwan Homebrew competition in 2013 out of the blue.

After getting the championship, Jim started to plan and invested in a craft brewery tourism factory, which is one of the most anticipated breweries in Taiwan. Jim’s beers blend North American style brewing and hops with local ingredients.

We want our guests to see and understand “Kindness Hotel” in different angles. Therefore, after negotiating with Jim & Dad’s Co., we are finally able to launch our exclusive fascinating brews — 《 GOLDEN BRIDGE 》⁣ only in “Kindness Day” !

“Bridge” corresponds to the logo of Kindness day. Kindness Day will always be the connection between travelers and their adventures.《 GOLDEN BRIDGE 》 is a light and fruity concoction, with a little bitter taste at the finish but a fresh and an overall rich aroma. It is really great for summer!
