We continue to partner with a variety of food and beverage brands, bringing their distinctive culinary creations to the tables at Kindness Day Hotel. Through every delicious meal, we hope to accompany travelers in savoring the journey and creating lasting memories along the way.

This autumn, Kindness Day Hotel is delighted to welcome Meiju Pizza, a popular brand from Pingtung, to our Kindness Day Hotel “The Foodie Time” collaboration. We hope to bring the flavors of classic Italian pizza to our late-night snack experience, offering travelers a warm, freshly baked moment of happiness at the end of a day’s journey.

From Meiju Noodle Shop and Meiju Bakery to Meiju Pizza, which came to life after three years of preparation, Meiju has always remained committed to carefully selected ingredients and time-honored craftsmanship. At Meiju Pizza, the pizzas are crafted in the Neapolitan style, using specially selected Caputo flour from Italy. The crust features the signature leopard-spotted char, crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy within. This traditional approach highlights the natural aroma of the flour, the texture of the crust, and the authentic flavors of the ingredients.

Unlike American-style pizza, where generous toppings often take center stage, Italian pizza places greater emphasis on the pure and harmonious balance between the crust, cheese, and ingredients. Simple yet timeless, every bite brings out the authentic flavors of each ingredient.

During this special collaboration, Kindness Day Hotel’s late-night snack service will feature two signature pizzas from Meiju Pizza for a limited time.
